We believe people learn best when they are actively involved, heard and trusted.
About Us
eSquare e.V. is a Berlin-based non-profit organisation working in the fields of non-formal education, youth work, democracy, media literacy, intercultural dialogue and creative learning.
We create local and international learning spaces for educators, youth workers, trainers, civic actors, NGOs and young people. Through workshops, training courses, youth exchanges, creative labs and educational resources, we help people build skills, exchange ideas and turn learning into action.
Our methods are practical, participatory and creative. We use games, comics, theatre, storytelling, visual thinking, city quests, digital tools and reflection to make learning accessible and meaningful.
eSquare e.V. connects people across countries and communities. We believe that education can open dialogue, strengthen democratic culture and support people who want to create positive change.
Values
We believe people learn best when they are actively involved, heard and trusted.
We use creative tools to make complex topics easier to understand, discuss and transform into action.
We build spaces where people from different countries, cultures and backgrounds can meet and learn from each other.
We design activities where different experiences, needs and voices matter.
We promote democratic values, critical thinking, human rights and active participation.
We care about the well-being of educators, youth workers and participants, because meaningful learning needs safe and supportive spaces.
Methods
Our work is based on non-formal education and learning by doing. We combine structure with creativity, reflection with action, and international exchange with local impact.
